Prices for national and international interlibrary lending

User information:

Your library will charge a small fee for every national interlibrary loan request form. The ZBW will raise additional charges for copies only if articles amount to more than 20 pages.

Library information:

When making international interlibrary loan requests (which are settled by means of IFLA vouchers) libraries will please enclose one IFLA voucher for every book on loan or every copied article not exceeding 30 pages. For every additional 20 pages of an article another voucher is due.

Please add one extra voucher for every article transmitted by fax.

IFLA vouchers can be obtained through IFLA

If payment is not settled with IFLA vouchers, the following fees will be charged:

Prices for GBV online interlibrary lending

Your library will charge a small fee for every order of a book or article copy from the GBV online interlibrary lending system. We will charge for copying costs only if an article comprises more than 20 pages.
