Services in Kiel: Copy Service

The Copy Service of the ZBW can be found on the second floor of the old library building in Kiel.

We can only provide copies of items from our own holdings.

Newspapers older than 10 years

Newspapers older than 10 years must be copied by our Copy Service in order to protect the fragile material. One copy costs €0.25.

Microfilms und microfiches

Microfilms and microfiches can be read at a viewer on the premises of the Copy Service. You can print out copies from the microfilms or microfiches in DIN A4 format yourself. One copy costs €0.30.

Copies from fragile items

Fragile or rare items must be copied by our Copy Service. We charge €0.15 per copy.

Scanning service

We charge €0.30 per scanned image. Please provide your own data carrier. Scans will be made only if the item in question has been published before 1930.
