Services of the ZBW

The ZBW offers various services around searching for and using economics literature and information:

• Our reference service EconDesk supports you in your search for economic information and provides brief facts, competently, quickly and without charge.
• Our document delivery services deliver books and articles directly to your workplace, your home or your local library.
• In our branches in Kiel and Hamburg our staff will assist you in all aspects of library use. You can read journals and borrow books. You can access databases and electronic journals which are not freely available on the internet.
• In our reading rooms in Kiel and Hamburg we offer individual workstations and group study areas where you can work without distraction.
• The European Documentation Centre offers infornation about the publications of the European Union.
• The LOTSE tutorial shows you search strategies and provides information about studies and research (in German).
